Payment:

All payments are made through the digiseller.market service.

❗ To contact the seller and to get access to all your orders, log in to your personal account https://www.digiseller.market/info /

Delivery:

After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to the purchase page with your product. If this did not happen, go to your email and follow the link to the order page.

What should I do if I haven't received my item after payment?:

If for some reason you did not receive the goods that you paid for automatically, immediately contact the seller in your personal account on the order page (not to be confused with online chat).

If the buyer is dissatisfied with the purchase due to non-compliance of the goods with the declared description / non-operability of the goods / non-delivery of the goods, the buyer's actions should be as follows:

1. Go to the order page using the link in the purchase letter, or in the buyer's personal account on the website https://www.digiseller.market/info /. Leave a negative review: at the bottom of the purchase page, the “PRODUCT REVIEW” tab, “Your rating” : “Negative” and click on the “Save review” button.

2. Through the “CORRESPONDENCE” tab, the buyer should have a dispute with the seller if he has additional questions about the claim to the quality of the goods. The correspondence tool allows you to attach images, documents and archives.

3. If the seller does not respond within 72 hours or the claim dispute has reached an impasse, the buyer should contact the site administration via email support@amoplay.com , provide the account number and send all screenshots of the correspondence with the seller.
